Policy Features

  • Claims-made policy (The policy pays for claims made during the time when the policy is in force.)

  • Duty to defend coverage (The insurance company has a "duty to defend" a claim against the insured center.)

  • Defense costs in addition to the limit of liability (You won't use up the total benefit amount on legal expenses before you have to pay the claim.)
